Guidelines for Poster Presentations

Deadline for submission is 1st of April 2024

1. Authors should prepare the presentation in one to three (1-3) slides in PPT or PPTX(PowerPoint) presentation version for Office 2013 -2016.
2. Posters will be presented orally(in the same way as an Oral Presentation), and the time of presentation should not exceed five (5) minutes maximum with 3 minutes discussion time. The presenting authors are advised not to exceed the scheduled timetable.
3. The first slide should include Title, Name(s), Affiliation(s) and country of author(s).
4. The Content of the E-poster should include Introduction; Objective; Results and Conclusion.
5. One author can present a maximum of two presentations.
6. An abstract can have a maximum of 5 co-authors.
7. DO NOT include the official logos of Congress. DO NOT include an industry logo e. commercial company logo. Drugs, devices, products and services should be identified by generic name only. All E-posters must avoid commercialism.
8. NO video or animation to be includedinto E-Posters.
9. All presentations have to be in English language.
10. Presenting authors are obliged to turn in their presentation in the appropriate transport device (USB) and deliver it to the Speakers Preview Room at least TWO hours before their session. The best is to deliver it in the morning for the afternoon session, and the day before for the morning session.
