Abstract Submission Guidelines

Important Dates and Deadlines:

October 21, 2024 – Abstract Submission Site Opens
January 20, 2025 – Abstract Submission Closes
February 20, 2025 – Abstract Notifications Sent
March 1, 2025 – Presenting Author Registration Deadline
Early April 2025 – Final Programme Sent to Registered Presenters

 

Abstract Rules:

  • Individuals may submit and present only one abstract.
  • Individuals can co-author multiple abstracts.
  • Previously published or presented abstracts are not permitted.
  • Number of Authors:
    • Maximum number of authors for Original Research is 7.
    • Maximum number of authors for Case Report is 5.
  • Abstract title should not exceed 15 words.
  • Abstracts body:
    • Should be 250 wordsor less. Abstracts exceeding 250 words will be rejected.
    • Do not include title, authors, or references in the Abstract Body,
    • Tables, graphics, and images are not recommended.
    • Integral parts of an Abstract for Original Research are: Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
    • Integral parts of an Abstract for Case Report are: Objectives, Case Report, and Conclusions.
    • No changes to abstract text including typos, incorrect data, etc. will be permitted after January 20, 2025.

Please note that the Scientific Committee will make a final recommendation on the mode of presentation (oral, poster, or e-poster).

  • Abstract presenters must be registered for the Congress no later than March 1, 2025. Failure to register will result in automatic withdrawal of the abstract from the scientific programme.
  • If you are unable to attend the meeting and wish to name a substitute presenter, he/she must be co-author, must be registered for the Congress, and must not be presenting author of another abstract.
