Guidelines for Oral Presenters
- Oral Presentations have to be delivered in PPT or PPTX (PowerPoint), 16:9 native ratio, presentation version for Office 2013 -2016.
- Time for oral presentation is 7 or 5 minutes (according to the Acceptance letter Notification received by Secretariat). The presenting authors are advised not to exceed the scheduled timetable.
- DO NOT include the official logos of Congress. DO NOT include an industry logo i.e. commercial company logo. Drugs, devices, products and services should be identified by generic name only. All Oral Presentations must avoid commercialism.
- The Scientific Committee reserves the rights not to display oral presentation with inappropriate content.
- Presenting authors are required to provide their presentation on a USB flash drive to the technician in the designated room at least two hours before their session. For afternoon sessions, it’s best to deliver the presentation in the morning, and for morning sessions, the day before.
