Guidelines for ePoster Presentations

1. All posters accepted for the 29^th BaSS Congress will be presented as ePoster short oral presentation only. Please note, there will not be paper posters at 29^th BaSS Congress.
2. Authors should prepare the presentation in one slide in PPT or PPTX (PowerPoint) presentation version for Office 2013 -2016.
3. ePosters will be presented orally (in the same way as an Oral Presentation), and the time of presentation should not exceed three (3) minutes. The presenting authors are advised not to exceed the scheduled timetable.

• Language: All e-Posters should be prepared in English
• File Format: PDF format – 1 page
• Orientation: Please create your document in PowerPoint in Landscape layout 16×9 and save it as a PDF file
• Font types: Arial, Calibri, Verdana, Times New Roman or Helvetica
• Font size: 11 points or larger
• Hyperlinks, animated images, animations and embedded videos are not permitted and will be not function
• QR Codes may be included but cannot link to any promotional or marketing material
• Images and tables: At least 200 dpi – good picture quality is essential
• NO video or animation to be included into ePosters.
• Avoid overlapping objects and layers – only the final view/status will be visible
• Template: you may use suggested template for ePoster.
• File size: Less than 5 MB

4. DO NOT include the official logos of Congress. DO NOT include an industry logo e. commercial company logo. Drugs, devices, products and services should be identified by generic name only. All E-posters must avoid commercialism.
5. The Committee reserves the rights not to display E-Posters with inappropriate content.
6. Only Presenting Authors for Short Oral presentations who are registered participants will be included in the e-Poster Gallery on the website. This ensures that the gallery features contributions from key participants.

ePoster should be upload before the Congress at the latest on April 22, 2025. You may use suggested template for ePoster
