REGISTRATION

The participation fees are VAT-exempt under current fiscal provisions

Registration fee includes:

• Attendance to all scientific sessions of the Conference
• Visit to the Exhibition Area
• Certificate of Attendance
• Participation in the conference catering services and in the social program for participants
• Accreditation by the Institute of Scientific Affairs (I.S.A.) of the Hellenic Dental Federation (H.D.F.)

CANCELLATION POLICY

Requests for registration cancellation must be submitted in written form to the Conference Secretariat.

In case of registration cancellation, the following applies:
• Cancellation until 30/03/2026, refund of 50% of registration fee
• From 30/03/2026, no refund
• Name replacement can be accepted until 15/03/2026
• No name replacement or any kind of change can be accepted after 16/03/2026

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Scientific Program

The Scientific Program of the Congress will include Oral and Electronically Posted Presentations.

Research, clinical-statistical, and epidemiological studies, case reports of clinical and technical interest, as well as systematic reviews will be accepted in the form of Free Communications (FC) and Electronically Posted Presentations (EP) (e-posters). Submissions on topics related to Public Health, Educational and Professional issues, and matters pertaining to the practice of the profession will also be accepted.

Within the free section of the Scientific Program of the 30th BaSS Congress, the following will be presented:

• Free Communications in subject-specific sessions.
• Electronically Posted Presentations (e-posters) in special sessions.

Important Dates

• Deadline for abstract submission: February 28, 2026
• Notification of acceptance/rejection: March 23, 2026
