Beyond Compatibility: New Universal Protocols in Fixed Implant Prosthetics

The continuous evolution of implant dentistry demands prosthetic protocols that are not only precise and biologically sound, but also universally adaptable to the wide variety of implant systems, brands, and connections encountered in daily clinical practice. This conference presents a new generation of fixed prosthetic protocols—OT Bridge and Easy Fix—designed to redefine simplicity, predictability, and versatility in modern implant rehabilitation.
At the core of this approach is a single, straight prosthetic component capable of managing virtually any clinical scenario, regardless of implant type or connection. Through improved precision at the implant–abutment interface, these protocols support the creation and long-term maintenance of a stable biological seal, significantly reducing the risk of bacterial infiltration and peri-implant complications.
The OT Bridge Protocol introduces a revolutionary solution for managing severe implant divergences—up to 85 degrees—while ensuring passive prosthesis insertion and optimal mechanical stability. The “narrow” OT Equator design simplifies prosthetic space management, enhances aesthetic outcomes, and promotes soft tissue preservation across both partial and full-arch cases. The Seeger connection further advances prosthetic mechanics by reducing or eliminating secondary screws, minimizing long-term risks such as loosening or fracture.
The Easy Fix Protocol represents a major step forward in full-arch fixed prosthetics, offering a screwless or reduced-screw solution with maximum flexibility in prosthesis release access, allowing clinicians to prioritize aesthetics without compromising function or retrievability.
Fully compatible with digital workflows—from prosthetic design to guided surgery—these protocols streamline clinical procedures, reduce chair time, accelerate provisionalization, and simplify follow-up visits. Special attention is given to the management of unknown implant systems, enabling immediate and predictable rehabilitation through straightforward identification and prosthetic integration.
By focusing on universality, biological integrity, mechanical reliability, and workflow efficiency, OT Bridge and Easy Fix do not merely refine existing techniques—they represent a concrete evolution toward a truly system-independent, future-proof approach to fixed implant prosthetics.
