Guidelines for Oral Presentation
- Oral Presentations have to be delivered in PPT or PPTX (PowerPoint) presentation version for Office 2013 -2016.
- Time for oral presentation is 10 minutes with 5 minutes discussion time. The presenting authors are advised not to exceed the scheduled timetable.
- All Oral Presentation are subject to review by the Scientific Committee.
- DO NOT include the official logos of Congress. DO NOT include an industry logo i.e. commercial company logo. Drugs, devices, products and services should be identified by generic name only. All Oral Presentations must avoid commercialism.
- The Committee reserves the rights not to display oral presentation with inappropriate content.
- The Power Point presentations should be checked and previewed at the Speaker Preview Room.
- Presenting authors are obliged to turn in their presentation in the appropriate transport device (USB) and deliver it to the Speakers Preview Room at least TWO hours before their session. The best is to deliver it in the morning for the afternoon session, and the day before for the morning session.
Guidelines for Poster Presentation
- All posters accepted for the 26th BaSS Congress will be displayed in electronic format only (E-poster).
- All E-Posters are subject to review by the Scientific Committee.
- Authors should prepare the presentation in one to three (1-3) slides in PPT or PPTX (PowerPoint) presentation version for Office 2013 -2016.
- Posters will be presented orally (in the same way as an Oral Presentation), and the time of presentation should not exceed five (5) minutes maximum with 3 minutes discussion time. The presenting authors are advised not to exceed the scheduled timetable.
- The first slide should include Title, Name(s), Affiliation(s) and country of author(s).
- The Content of the E-poster should include Introduction; Objective; Results and Conclusion.

- NO video or animation to be included into E-Posters.

THE SCIENTIFIC COMMITTEE HAS THE RIGHT TO SUGGEST TO SUBMITTING AUTHORS TO PRESENT A SUBMITTED WORK AS ORAL PRESENTATION, AS POSTER PRESENTATION AND VICE VERSA.
